Resumen
El estudio del universo en el presente artículo, es desde una perspectiva al alcance de todo lector interesado en la ciencia de los astros, familiarizado con conceptos de matemáticas y física básicas, de nivel de medio superior. Dicho en otro sentido, este es un trabajo de divulgación con la intención de acercar lo más explícitamente posible al instructor y alumnado del nivel medio superior a dicho estudio. Recordaremos algunos conceptos sobre el origen del universo, es finito o infinito, o en expansión, colapsará etc. Como sabemos, el manejo correcto del concepto de infinito “como en muchas áreas de la ciencia” resulta ser de fundamental importancia para poder reflexionar mejor sobre el tema del universo en que estamos incluidos y las consecuencias teóricas que se han tenido a lo largo de la historia.

Abstract
The study of the universe in this article is from a perspective available to any reader interested in the science of the stars, familiar with concepts of basic mathematics and physics, at a high school level. In other words, this is a dissemination work with the intention of bringing the instructor and students of the upper secondary level as explicitly as possible to said study. We will remember some concepts about the origin of the universe, is it finite or infinite, or is it expanding, will it collapse, etc. As we know, the correct handling of the concept of infinity “as in many areas of science” turns out to be of fundamental importance to be able to better reflect on the issue of the universe in which we are included and the theoretical consequences that have been had throughout history.
